Can't loot raid boss.

Just killed high priestess thekal and i'm unable to loot the boss. He better have a tiger. Looking for some help, i've had this issue all night. Unable to loot most mobs, i disabled all addons and still have the same problem.

Which loot system are you currently utilizing, Cryless, and do you have a friend assisting you inside the raid? While I doubt this is the source of the issue, I do want to eliminate the possibility of a different loot system interfering from the equation.

At a glance, aside from a UI error, I'm unable to tell what may be causing the issue. You may want to complete a full Reset UI to ensure that this does not continue happening, then reinstalling your addons one by one to determine if a particular one was related to the issue.

If you have concerns about items on bosses that you could not loot, submitting an in-game petition to our Game Masters would be the best course of action. It may take some time, and you can see our current queue times up on our Twitter feed, but they should be able to assist. >^.^<
