I purchased both a Paid Character Transfer and a Faction Change, but didn't log in between the two steps. My character Wolfspider on Mal'Ganis is now flagged for a rename, although I already have the name I want (I saved it beforehand, so I know it isn't taken). Could this be fixed? Thanks.
It looks like your petition on the issue has already been resolved, Lockout. Could you try logging into that character and seeing if you are still prompted for a name change?
