i have had a ticket pending for 2 weeks now and still no help. My issue is that for some reason i never got my last brew for the achiv. Been working on it for a year and i really would like to get my brew.

Though not entirely common, we sometimes able to help with such issues. It never hurts to submit a petition and inquire. :)
