How did I?

It's quite possible that if this hasn't been a fairly recently played character, or that you haven't worked on exalted reputations since the 3.0.1 patch, that you had been hovering between 6-9 reputations, and once you hit 10, it triggered both it and the one preceding it at the same time. Purely speculation on my part as I'm unable to verify that was the exact situation. In any event, I do believe this is a known issue. >^.^<
