Definitely fake, Krystai - as the others have indicated, we don't "warn you" before closing an account in this manner. You either receive a warning with the stipulation that further violations can result in an account closure, or you receive a penalty up to or including permanent closure.

However, there are other methods to determining the validity of an e-mail. You can compare your e-mail to fraudulent ones we have received previously, or check out the support page we have that includes tips on how to identify these "phishy" messages. >^.^<
