Questin involving Cataclysm Launcher

I have noticed for a while now that my launcher never fully updates. I still see the message "Applying non-critical updates. This will take some time." accompanied by the progress bar. I let it sit for long periods of time and have yet to see it finish.

Is this normal? Is data continually being streamed on a daily basis to update the client? I am curious as to why it never seems to be "Up to date." My only fear is that somewhere, some time, I'm going to hit a problem and I'm not going to have a clue as to what is going on.

This is data that is still being cached and typically caused by a small delay, Finalfears. A future patch will fix the small delay and you will most likely not see this message as often. =)
