In the HH event in SM when you fight him., he throws helm's at you mine didn't come off (lol) it's stuck on. It's not a Hollowed Helm, It's not a buffed I checked, I've tryed reloeading UI, Relogging, turning Helm off and off. but it just sits there on my face ? anyone help ? lol

This may work, though you may want to remove your armor first to avoid any durability losses. >^.^<

Aside from that, the next best step would be to utilize the Repair tool.
