New Forums and Parental Controls?

Hello, I have tried to contact customer service through email, and haven't had really any help. Below is what I sent in:

"Hello, recently I have tried to leave some feedback on the newer WoW site forums, however, I came across the problem that I can not post due to parental controls. I checked my battle.net parental settings, and noticed that I do have the ability to post on forums enabled. I have waited several hours (to see if the settings took time to be enabled/turned on) and have tried re-logging in, but to no avail. As of now, I am still not able to post on the new World Of Warcraft forums"

The options that I was given were to clear my internet cache (do regularly), update my browser (is done) and to make sure that my World of Warcraft Account is active (Kind of a given at the moment, seeing as my email was regarding a bug about parental controls and the new forums, not about an inactive account).

So...I have turned to here either for some advice or some sort of report that it is a bug at the moment :(

I would really like to be able to use the new forums.

It sounds like this could be a bug with the new forums, Azlik.

When you try to log into the new forums to post, can you please provide me the exact text of the error message you receive?

In case you did not know, the new community site is still in the live preview stage and not all of the features have been implemented yet. This may be a bug with the new forum system that will need reviewing. I have forwarded the information and screenshots along to the appropriate party.

Unfortunately, until the issue is addressed you will be unable to post in the new forums. Both the current forums and the new forums are being moderated, however, so if you have a question or concern you may post it here in the meantime.
