Blue Tracker makes Blizzard look bad!

I read the "Blue Tracker" posts fed to me via MMO-Champion. The result of this format is that most of what I read in blue font consists of snarky thread-closings and often rather unprofessional responses to concerns.

If blue font is the voice of Blizzard, it makes you look immature and callous. It has actually deteriorated my esteem for your company to the point where I'm not sure I even want to keep paying you money. You should use the green font community MVPs as the bad cops, and if that is not in their power, make it so.

You should reserve the blue font for game designers and other internal representatives, and have them refrain from wading into the forum behavior fray.
