Payment not accepted?

Dear blizzard and fellows

I am informing you guys that i am trying to get back to my WoW account using pay-pal as the service to purchase game credit, i originally set up one and waited over 3 hours and it didn't work so i canceled it, my account status is under , ' canceled' now. Once a canceled the subscription before and fees were incurred i tried a credit card and it also didn't work, now i finally place a papal subscription and nothing has showed up except in my pay pal saying i have a recurring subscription there is no payment pending or account active

Can anybody please aid me with my troubles thanks =] :)

Billing would be the only one that could give you really concrete answers on why some of this may not be working, Phear.

That said, Paypal is having an issue for some players at the moment. That's known and being worked on. I don't believe that would account for a credit card having difficulties, however.
