My account was disabled after compromise

Hi my account was recently compromised and after talking to someone from Blizz support at 1800-59-Blizz I was told my account would be playable in 4-6 days. It has been longer than 4-6 days and its still disabled. Why is it that my account was hacked and I am being punished can someone please reply from Blizz as to when it will be playable?

Could you provide me the name and realm of a character on the account you are inquiring about, Jeujeu? I may be able to provide more insight that way. >^.^<

Sorry, Jeujeu. Had to double-check on the status with a Game Master. Looks like investigation on the account is complete, but contact is needed from you through our Billing & Account Services department to allow you access.
