Friends account still keeps getting locked

hello,

i already asked about the issue before but did not get any usefull reply.

my friend is stationed in okinawa at the moment and everytime she wants to play she has to reset her password as her account keeps getting locked due to suspicios activity.

she said that she already has been on the phone and spoke to a blizzard rep who said " it should be allright to play without any issues".

she cannot alter her adress as she lives in barracks, so she uses her moms as billing adress.

what can she do to play without resetting her password all the time? as i fear that sooner or later she gets a perma ban or a suspension for no other reason than to be stationed and logging in from japan.

her toon name is mcpretty or mavranda on executus.

Heya Budspencer,

Unfortunately, her account is getting locked due to a change in where she is logging in from, (as you have already mentioned). She will most likely need to reset her password, every time to play, my apologies this may not be a solution, but it is just by precaution.

This is a security measure, as for suspensions and bans that is only if there is evidence of anything other then just the log in issue. It would be seperate issue.
