PayPal payment still pending 2 days later..?

I re-subscribed two days ago after an absence of 3 months or so. I thought I'd try re-subscribing with the PayPal option, but I've been waiting 2 days to play and my payment details still say 'pending'. I emailed billing yesterday, but still no reply. I've tried just directly entering my credit card number, but it won't let me because I still have a Paypal payment pending.

Anything I can do or do I just have to sit tight and wait? 2 days seems a bit excessive.
