A ton of my items are missing

I quit a long time ago and recently started to play again and I have noticed A LOT of my items are currently missing off my characters. I guess I got hacked while I was gone... Is it possible to get these items back?

You should open an in game ticket to see can they find anything from your characters.
While item restoration is not always guaranteed, Hellabadson, our game masters would be glad to further investigate.
