Did Not Receive Loot? - Blue Tracker

I did not receive loot after one of the members of my party left without rolling for it. This was during the Prince Sarsarun dungeon (new Cataclysm dungeon).

4 out of the 5 people rolled on "Sandfury Sandals" and the only other cloth wearer beside myself, rolled "greed" when I rolled "need". I did not receive the item. This was at approximately 3:13PM server time (Steamwheedle Cartel). According to my log, nobody received the loot. I stayed in the dungeon for 5 minutes waiting for the timer to run out and nothing happened. I know for a fact that I should have received these boots because I was one of two cloth wearers, the other one rolled "greed". :(

You will need to submit and in game petition.

Open a “Help request”, (red question mark at the bottom of your screen):

“Talk to a GM” ► “Open ticket”

Detail your request.

It depends on case by case, they will investigate the issue further and see if they will be able to grant the item or not.
