Guild Chat Issue

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone else is noticing the guild chat glitch? I can see the guild achievements but i can't talk in guild chat. I have even relogged, disabled my chat add on, went into settings and made sure the chat box was checked and still can't talk in guild. Any ideas on this?
