I deleted a character by mistake, a level 80 in top gear and with 450 smithing and 450 mining, and loads of items. Stupid, yes , irresponsible, completely! I put in a restore request and within 10 minutes all was restored! The G.M. was The Amazing Seroughhasho. The reply was funny ,friendly and kind(did'nt make feel like a dummy). I used to play other mmorpg's and NEVER had as much help as I have recieved from the wonderful G.M.'s of WoW. They are so busy with the upcoming releaser of cata that I did not expect any help for a long time,restoration within 10 minutes, thats customer service at it's best. I cant say enough about all the people that put so much effort into providing us (the players) with the best mmorpg in online gaming history!! Thank you Seroughhasho and Thank you Blizzard for having such great G.M.'s!
