"Experiencing a high volume of petitions"

Why is it that the message stays there with no response whenever I put in a ticket?

Yet.. if I log and switch to an alt to send an item over and then return, I have mysteriously missed them every time?

I remember in days of old when GMs were available to help within a reasonable amount of time.

Now, you can be on a low level alt, have a bunch of Horde 80s kill off all of the NPCs and the flight master, and wait hours and still not get help? I can't imagine there is not a way for the game to detect when a low level zone is constantly sending the "under attack" alert and all the NPCs keep getting killed. It is not even a PVP server.

Sure, I can just go find another area to quest in and put off going to Deadmines for a day or until the Horde 80s get bored... but we shouldn't have to.

Perhaps a Blizzard employee can enlighten me and correct me if I am wrong about my doubts that there are that many tickets waiting, and the GMs are just told to ignore griefer issues or put them at a low priority...

We'd be happy to look into that scenario, Ubri, if taken to extremes we may be able to step in - but ordinarily that is well within the parameters of what is allowed to do in the game.

Annoying as heck, oh yeah - but they aren't necessarily breaking any rules.

Usually if they don't get a response that type gets bored and toddles along :)

Ooops, did I say that out loud?
