In game harassment / account ignore

My wife plays and was in a random dungeon group, the healer was on a different server and was blaming her for a wipe (that was his fault for not healing) he demanded she be kicked or he would't heal the rest of the group. They kicked her and then the healer started a toon on our server and began to harass her she ignored that toon so he started another. Is there some kind of option to ignore an account so you don't have to worry about stuff like that? Because she is sensitive to verbal abuse and is considering quiting wow because of this.

There is not currently an /ignore option for an entire account - but you are more than welcome to post your request over in the Suggestion Forum if you'd like.

Now, as far as harassment, I do hope she is reporting that. While anyone can be kicked from a group for any reason - or really no reason at all, harassment is another story. Creating a toon to circumvent an ignore is also a fairly significant infraction on it's own.
