Facebook App not working, GMs know anything?

Been watching for the app to update my recent achievements so I can share them on my facebook wall. Sadly, the app hasn't updated since October.

None of my recent achievements are showing up. According to the app page on facebook. This is happening to a lot of people.

Whats up Blizzard? Any idea when this will be fixed?

If you are having trouble with the World of Warcraft Armory, or the versions that are available for Facebook or the iPhone, I would suggest sending an e-mail to [email protected], Thanatosa. Please be sure to give a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. :0)

That's not completely accurate, Joyia. My latest update was on 11/09 - but that is because I haven't been playing my main much, and he is the only character that I have tracking. I have a few friends that have updates even more recent than that; one as recent as 11/13/2010 at 21:07.

I fully understand what we are talking about, Thanatosa. I am telling you that your statement of the app not updating for anyone since October is not an accurate one. I know this because my own examples, that I can see on my own Facebook account, prove otherwise.

I, personally, have an update from my main, on my Facebook Armory application, on 11/09/2010 at 03:02 – the reason there are not other updates is because I don’t track any character other than my main (since I am an altoholic).

I apologize if there was any confusion with my previous post, Thanatosa, but if you are experiencing any issues with World of Warcraft Armory, World of Warcraft Activity Feed on Facebook OR the WoW Armory available for the iPhone (any issues with any of these products) you should send an e-mail to [email protected]. That is the official way to report all Armory related bugs and issues.

Feel free to post that e-mail address within the discussion that you linked, mate. It's not that I don't believe you, I am simply saying that these forums are not the way to get this situation looked into. There is a proper method in which to report these, and that method is the e-mail I provided.

I encourage you to send an e-mail, though. :0)
