My Character is Locked *help*

So i logged into my WoW account and then i got the message "character locked contact billing for more info"
i was wondering why this happened? Any guides to unlock my character?

It sounds like you tried to initiate one of our paid services and there was an issue with the billing process. As the in-game message indicated, Zeingrid, you are going to need to contact Billing & Account Services:

Hours of Operation: 7AM to 8PM PST— Wednesday through Tuesday
