I think I found a bot

I'm not going to mention names yet, but I was flying around Sholazar Basin on my gathering character and spotted someone that could be a bot. I Fraps'ed the character, too. Some of the movements that this character does reminds me of bot-like activity, like getting stuck in obstacles on pathways, delayed casting of a flying mount, and spontaneous jerky movements when other players are nearby.

What's the proper way to report a bot? Thanks!
