I just discovered that my debit card has a charge on it for about $15.
The last I checked, I was testing a beta of 4.0 on live servers. I figured all these bugs in the patch were because Blizz was letting the general public test a beta on open servers.
Since this isn't the functioning game, with all the random disconnects, lost honor, honor being removed, etc. why was I charged this money?

That was just his way of making the "why am I paying for a beta?" comment regarding his feelings about the bugs in the game.
It's the old "this game has so many problems that it feels like a beta, so why am I paying for it?" gambit.
