Lost authenticator

Hi,
I lost the authenticator to my account, not this account but another one. I was wondering how to remove an authenticator if you do not have it anymore? I know if you have it you give them the code on the back but I dont so I cant. What information do I have to give in order to have it removed?

I am sorry to hear you have lost your authenticator, Bubbletrumps. In order to remove the authenticator over the phone, you would need to verify the answer to the secret question and the classic World of Warcraft key. If you do not have these items in your possession, you would need to fill out the Terms of Use form and either email, fax, or snail mail it to us along with a copy of your ID.
