Cross sever ignore not working?

been 4 days with the issue a few gm tickets and no help in group with the player right click his pic and click ignore says player not found. So i right click on his text in chat and press ignore says player not found. Than i type Player-Sever says player not found. I type Player - sever says player not found. I type Player-Sever says player not found.......is my toon buged this is rather annoying
