Dalaran Cooking Award bugged?

I recently leveled my cooking high enough to do the cooking dailies from now on. I did my first daily, and i recieved a Dalaran Cooking Award, but no acheivement for it. This was my first Cooking Award so i should have gotten the acheivement for obtaining a dalaran cooking award.

Is this acheivement bugged, or is it now unubtainable since the awards are no longer a green quality item but rather white?

The cooking awards are now considered currency; therefore, they will no longer count toward this achievement. There is no further information as to what will happen with the achievement.
