Enchants being randomly removed is not good, but its a fixable problem. Not being reimbursed is not acceptable, in my opinion.
Unfortunately, Kebub, the removal of the enchantments could not be undone though going forward the subsequent changes made should hopefully prevent something like that happening in the future. Though we try to provide what restorations and reimbursements we can much depends on what can be verified, I'm sorry to say that once removed there is no other record of the enchantment for the item and therefore it can not be verified.
With regret it was determined that we were unable to provide any restoration regarding this matter.
