Firstly, this is an account I made for him, i placed it under his name, placed it under his email address, and used my parents address for it, since he lives with them, just to give him a sense of ownership and responsibility. So i know i have no control over his account since it' is all under his name, but I DID pay for it, and purchase the games and such.
Secondly, I just submitted a recovery ticket following the instructions on the forums.
Third, since he's still in High school and doesn't have a CA ID card (he lives in California) will his High School ID suffice when and if blizzard asks for us to fax an ID?
I also checked his Email and found many, many, MANY Phishing emails and spoofs. I asked him if he's ever followed any or submitted any info in response to those emails and he said no, but his memory is'nt all that clear either.
I checked the support and was unable to find any answers to the BANNED status. What I want to know is, will we still be able to get his account back, or did I just waste my money on buying this game.
Any information would help alleviate some of my concerns about the account status.
