RAF Rewards Error

My veteran RAF account was not properly rewarded the X-53 Rocket mount after the recruit account upgraded to the full game and paid for 2 billing cycles. No, I did not claim the zehvra mount as the reward was changed before the 2nd billing cycle went through. Possible system error maybe?

There is only the reward for the free month of play time. There is no reward for the mount claim (unavailable). The recruit account has had TWO billing cycles (+30 days from the initial full game upgrade) go through. Only problem is the reward is still not available on the veteran account. Nov 8th, 2010 was the date of the payment of the 2nd billing.

Recruit character name and realm are: Tyriona - Aerie Peak US

Well, I do see this, Hinex - there was a lot of time inbetween, and also a scroll of resurrection. I'm uncertain if that could have something to do with this or not.

Billing may be your next best step here, I'll admit I've never personally seen one of these with quite this configuration before. I do see a month in March, and another just billed 11/9/2010.
