Recruit-a-friend troubles

ok as the title suggests this is about the recruit- a freind. Now i recruited my friend about 3 weeks ago he upgraded the account to a normal account before the 10 day trial expired. now i know i should have posted this sooner but i just noticed it now. We are not recieving the perks we should be such as the triple exp for some reason. it hasnt been 90 days and tht is wat it says how long the perks will last before you cant get them anymore. I am wondering if because he upgraded his account before the trial ran out if it negates the perks now?

I would need the name and realm of a character on your friend's account to say for certain, Mogana, but odds are Kassian is correct and your friend created a new account instead of upgrading the Recruit a Friend trial or may have not used the Recruit a Friend link at all.

If you give me the name and realm of a character on his account I can check. Please give me the name and realm of the recruiting account if it is different from the one you are posting on.

He should be able to contact our Billing and Account Services as Kassian said to get this straightened out and the accounts links properly.

I can verify that the invitation was sent, Mogana, but it doesn't look like it was used to create the Recruit a Friend trial account. It just looks like your friend started an account by himself. It isn't linked to yours in any way. Since the investigation was sent our Billing department should be able to help, have him give them a call.
