Paid Race Change Issue

I did the paid race change on this toon (Mindcrime) around 1am CST on 11-10-2010. It went all the way to the "congratulations, the next time you log in..." speech. I logged in and nothing. No options for anything. I logged off, waited 30 minutes, tried again and still nothing. I checked the transactions page and it had an option to "unlock" the particular character. I clicked on that and it went to a large, red error page.

$25...I hope this is part of the errors that others are experiencing and will be fixed soon.

While every issue may not be connected, at the moment most paid service issues likely are and those are being actively investigated at this time.
