Cannot "Enter Battle" After BG Restart

Earlier today, I guess shortly after the Battlegroups were merged, me and a group of friends group queued for a random battleground. Isle of Conquest popped, we joined, and we got a [SERVER RESTART] prompt in the battleground.

When the battleground restarted, it kicked us all out of the battleground to the Login screen, where we couldn't get in game for a bit. Eventually we got in and were back in Dalaran.

Ever since, we can't enter anymore BGs on these characters. Every other character on the accounts work perfectly and are able to enter random battlegrounds. We have all tried deleting cache/wtf folders with no luck. It's as if our characters that were in the BG when it restarted are still set to that instance or something and we cannot enter any other battlegrounds.

Queuing directly for a battleground doesn't work either, for the same reason. You hit 'Enter Battle' and just sit there.

This is most definitely an issue that has to do with the restarted battleground we were all in this morning, and I have a feeling others from this battleground are also experiencing the same issue. Once again, all of our other characters work fine, just the ones that were in the specific Isle of Conquest this morning aren't able to get into any battlegrounds at all.

Kiwifruit, could you provide me a more precise time as to when the battleground server restarted? Just want to pinpoint when exactly this may have occurred. >^.^<

Thanks! Kiwifruit, do you mind logging off your account completely for a moment? I'm going to push a couple shiny red buttons and see if that helps. Let me know when you are logged out of the game.

Very interesting. I'm likely going to have to pass this on to the more technologically sound, so if I could get a list of those who are experiencing this issue, I'll have the appropriate guys check it out. When I receive an update, I'll be sure to post it here - though I may not have an answer tonight if it's particularly tricky.
