Hi, im wondering how i can unmerge 2 wow accounts from my Battle.net account.

both of my account names on the battle.net account are very similar, and i've accidentally bought 3 month subscription for the wrong account. I don't want this to ever happen again, because im not a money tree.

i want to take one of the WoW accounts out of my battle.net account so it never comes up with the option to renew that (wrong) account again.

how do i do this? i had a look on the battle.net website and couldnt work out how to do it.

I can't use a phone to call customer service, as i have no Landline at home to call a 1800 number, and mobiles to 1800 numbers cost me too much.

only way i can communicate with a rep is via email or this forum. but i don't know an email address to send my query to.

The best way to deal with this will be to call Billing, have you ever tried Skype?

Many of our players speak highly of it. You should be able to still dial the same numbers.

You'll also need to setup another email for another Battle.net for that to be done. They can't be moved off without going to another Battle.net
