Locked Account

It appears that however careful I have been, my account has been locked out of the system due to changes in log in behavior. After trying to unlock it I found that my recovery question doesn't work, hmm I wonder what happened there.

My browser kept me logged into the forums and I'm here to ask what should I do/prepare to make the unlocking of my account as streamlined as possible tomorrow. I am also wondering if there is a way to change the email account that I am tied to as this could have been the reason and it is far easier to make a new one than is to secure a current one.

If you contact Billing, just be prepared to be able to identify yourself. They have various means to do this, it's usually not hard for the legitimate account holder to establish identity :)
