The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again.

Trying to move this character between my accounts and i'm getting this error. i have no active quests, i believe im not on any arena teams, no mail, no active buffs, i've tried everything. Looking for any advice or blue help i can get. thank you in advance :(
