What are the requirments for for free server changes. I'd hate to have my 69 hunter be 85 on a realm that does nothing during the times I'm on. I'd much rather he be on eldre thalas where it is active day and night 24/7.

Free character moves happen when Blizzard wants to rebalance realm populations, and Blizzard chooses what servers get transfers to where. If you really want to go from one server to another, particularly if you have a particular server in mind, paid character transfer is more what you're looking for.

Correct. Free Character Moves are generally implemented when a realm's population requires outside assistance either by having an extreme faction imbalance or because they are over populated. In those cases our Developers may initiate character moves allowing some to move to a predetermined destination.

If you believe your realm warrants such a move you are welcome to post in the Suggestions forum where your request can be reviewed. Otherwise, realms eligible for Free Character Moves can be found at the following link.

They will also be announced on the General Discussion forum.

Please put in free Ally transfers to Nathrezim. Ally are grossly outnumbered. Just the other day there was 1 -ONE- ally to like 30 horde. Yes that was in the morning, but even in the afternoon they had 20 tenacity.

Every day Ally are leaving the server. Another guild just left this past week. This server really needs help.

That may be your perception, Morgganna, and the Horde do currently outnumber the Alliance on your realm but not by such an exaggerated margin. Regardless, those of us who moderate this forum do not make such determinations, which is why my previous post said the following:
