Scroll of Resurrection Problem

Hi,

I recently sent my friend a scroll of resurrection to get him back into the game and he says he can't activate it and he is ineligible because the 10-day free trial is a Burning Crusade trial and he has Wotlk already. Is the trial supposed to be a Burning Crusade only trial. If so is there any other way to make this work?

You can send invitations through this program to someone who previously subscribed to World of Warcraft. Also, 90 days must have passed on all paid subscription and played time in the game (this includes any previous time playing The Burning Crusade Trial). For a similar offer for those of your friends who have never subscribed to World of Warcraft, please see the Recruit-A-Friend FAQ.

Note: You may only send a Scroll of Resurrection to World of Warcraft accounts that have NOT been upgraded to Wrath of the Lich King.

At this time there is no such offer for those that have already upgraded their account to include the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
