Account hacked and toon transferred

Around 2 months ago I quit the game and shortly after this my account was hacked and my main toon was transferred off of my account. I came back recently to find that out. After a few calls to billing the lady told me she would be able to just attach the account that my toon was transferred to onto my battle.net since it was under my name.
She did this but then another person unattached the account since she wasn't allowed to do that (the first lady was new I think and didn't know that). The second lady put in a ticket for me to request a transfer back but that was denied.

Since the account that my main toon was transferred to is under my name, shouldn't I be able to recover that account? I don't have access to the secret question or the email since I didn't make it (the hacker did).

Thoughts/suggestions?

No, because you aren't able to prove it's your account.

I also see another compromise report, that's not the best way to contest this decision, that's just liable to get your current account locked due to repeated reported compromises.

The proper way to contest this is to email Account Administration and ask for a review. They can be reached at [email protected]. This doesn't look like the typical 'malicious' compromise. Unless we can prove that it was not you that requested this, I'm afraid it's not going to be reversible. You are welcome to email and request a review, however.
