Scroll of Resurrection Problem

I'm trying to use a scroll of resurrection on one of my older accounts. It hasn't been played since 2008, and has never received a scroll of resurrection before. I sent out the scroll, and am getting to the "Confirm" screen -- but every time I click the Confirm button, the page basically just reloads..no error message (or success), and checking the status of the scroll says that it hasn't been used yet.

Not sure how best to give you the account info here, but it's merged with the same battle.net account that I'm posting from now, and the actual account is jos*******k (obviously without the stars, but hopefully that'll get you there).

Based on the Scroll that you sent, the account I pulled up has been upgraded to Wrath of the Lich King, Belfry.

Unfortunately accounts that have been upgraded to WotLK are ineligible for Scroll of Resurrection.

I'd like to make sure I am looking at the correct account, if possible, can you give me the name and realm of a character on the inactive account?

Keep in mind that accounts that have been upgraded to WotLK are not eligible for SoR.

A character on the account is "Cross" in the realm Ravencrest.

I took a look at the account with this character and it appears to be upgraded with The Burning Crusade.

That being the case, the account should be eligible. Unfortunately we are currently looking into an issue regarding Burning Crusade accounts not being able to claim SoR. Once the issue has been confirmed and resolved, I will update this thread.
