2 Questions for Blizzard Rep

First is: I had a second account that I stop the payments for. I am looking to start up the payments and play on the second account. I tried to log into the account today but it said that it was not there. What is this about and can I get that account back along with all the characters and info?

Second is: once I get the account back up and running how do I merge it under my already Battle.net account?

Was the second account already merged into a Battle.net account, Bulltaz? It is possible that after you stopped playing that it was compromised and the e-mail address changed, thus changing the "account name".

Your best option is to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They should be able to help you locate your old account using whatever account specific information you are able to provide. Once you have verified that you are the registered user on the account they should be able to help you properly merge the account to your currently Battle.net account.
