i've sent my friend a resu scroll and he receives the link just fine. but when he clicks the confirm button to start the free 10 days, nothing happens. it just refreshes to the same page where the confirm button is found.
he says he's never been scroll-of-resu'd before and we checked his payment history to confirm.
also, i've read somewhere in the FAQs that WotLK account's cannot be res'd which is totally weird because I just recently res'd another friend who had a WotLK account and it worked fine (this was less than a month ago)!
any help on this? :(

the friend who got to use the 10day free period successfully had his account set to "inactive"
while the one who can't get the resu to work has his account as "frozen"
what's the difference?
