I have a guild on my alt meant for the sole purpose of leveling alts and being a common bank, which is shared among some of my close friends, since we frequently level alts together. One of my friends recently got hacked, and the hacker stole a large amount of items from the guild bank. Both my friend and I have placed tickets in, and he had his account and characters restored recently. Most if not all of his gears and items on his account has been recovered, but not of the guild bank. My last ticket was filed almost a week ago, and I was told that it would be investigated and restored... Just kinda wondering how long the restoration process takes. A few of our alts are currently stalled in profession leveling due to this, and I was hoping that it would be recovered soon.
So... ETA...?
