Realm transfer - Same Name

How does name changing work when I transfer to another server if I have a character with the same name on the other server?

For example, I've got a level 80 on one server, named Juiced, and I'd like to transfer him to another server but I also have a level 80 Juiced character on that server. If I do the server transfer, which character's name will I have to change when the transfer's complete?
