Scroll of Resurrection

I used scroll of resurrection on my friend's account today but he is still not getting the 10 days. The e-mail went through, he was able to click the link, activate the scroll and the button does not do anything. He can not log in.

Is it just the scroll of resurrection system isn't working over the weekend, or something else preventing this from going through?

WotLK upgraded accounts are ineligible for Scroll of resurrection, Gelrog.
