Before I swear there were two buttons for reporting an in game issue. One to let you talk to a gm and one to let you just report a problem without talking to a gm.

Was the second one removed?

I report names all the time. and while all the gm's are lovely it just feels pointless to chat with them over this lol It is always the same thing.

GM: Oh you wish to report this name?
ME: yes
GM: ok sorry this offended you. people are naughty. we cant tell u what happens but thank you for making the game a better place
ME: thanks for responding so quickly
GM: anything else?
ME: nope thanks

ok idk what the gms say but it is something like that lol :) and seems to always catch me in an instance lol

I guess i am just curious as to why it was removed?

Indeed, there is now only one option for open a ticket - "Open a ticket." >^.~<

We saw a lot of confusion with having both options. Players would sometimes use the incorrect method, then wonder why they were (or were not) contacted. This happened more frequently than we'd like, and they ultimately were serving the same purpose, so we consolidated them. This also made room for some of the other help features that were fleshed out, such as the new "Character Stuck" and "Account Security" options we've included.

As it stands, a Game Master will initiate a conversation if the situation is appropriate for one. For situations where you're simply reporting something, and do not wish to be disturbed, feel free to include "No contact please," or a derivative of this, and the Game Master will send you an in-game mail or e-mail to confirm your request was received instead. >^.^<
