I contacted my bank and they have no records or errors or giving my Visa Card a "530 - Generic Decline" I've ordered numerous items on different sites with no such problem as this. I have double, triple, quintuple checked and re-typed my information with no avail. I have called Blizzard multiple times and they have given me no help and on most occasions no responses. I have called my bank three times and they have no idea why I'm getting this error.
I'd like for someone to help me, I wouldn't even bother doing it online if it wasn't the only way I could play Cataclysm.
I'd like some help. I have looked and searched on the forums time and time again for a response from a Blue Post but none of them seem to know what they're talking about or how to even help. The community have been a bigger help by providing me with the email, fraud.blizzard.com but even then, they couldn't help me. I would like to know whats going on. Please.
