I can't upgrade to a WotLK free trial

I recently hit level 55 on my main and I want to make a death knight, so I thought I would download the free trial for WotLK. Please note that I have had the full BC expansion for around a week or maybe two. So I go to battle.net, and it shows me that my account is eligible for an upgrade to WotLK. I click on the free 10 day trial option, I click confirm, but then it just takes me back to my account summary page every time I do it. I went to the other page where you can upgrade (The one that is on the WoW site), I clicked free 10 day trial, then clicked confirm and all it does is reload the page. I have been trying every day for three days now and still I get nothing. It doesn't even show an error, it just reloads the page or takes me back to my account summary. I have also tried on a Firefox, Safari, and Internet explorer web browser on two different computers. I have tried clearing my cache, dumping my temporary internet files, resetting all data on every browser, but it just isn't working.

At this time there is no definitive answer as to whether the issue is caused by the web browser not accepting cookies or the page experiencing problems. Please take a minute to temporarily disable your antivirus program, clear your cookies/cache data and try claiming the trial once again.
