Account locked

I tried to login today from work, which I sometimes do on saturdays when it's slow, and I get a message that they detected irregular login or something like that, and that my account is locked and i must reply to an email, which I haven't recieved yet. I then try to login to the battle.net and it says the service isn't available. I have been using an authenticator for the last couple years, and this is very frustrating to me.

I can understand the concern, Bigrooster. The account being locked is simply to protect players from a potential compromise. If the account continues to be locked, you may wish to discuss the issue with Account Services directly. They may be able to provide further insight into why the account gets locked.
