I can't go into the email. I opened my account in BC when I got my Time Warner internet. They gave me an email to use, and back then I didn't know about hotmail, AOL, yahoo etc. So I just signed up with the one they provided me, now 4 years into the future (now), I have Verizon internet. Time Warner got rid of the email they provided me when I canceled their services and now I can't access the email to put my account back up, and I can't call customer support because its 1:30 AM. Is there anything I can do BESIDES calling someone on the phone? Blue post appreciated.

I'm afraid that you would need to contact Billing & Account Services in regards to this, and as you are unable to access the e-mail associated to the account, you will need to do so by phone (as we can only accept inquiries on accounts from the registered e-mail address).

I wish I had better news, but they should be able to assist in this situation.
