Faction Change Problem.

Hi so I bought a prepaid visa to faction change my warlock to horde. Originally the card was giving me issues when i was entering my actual name but after finally trying Gift Recipient as the cardholder name(I live in Canada), the card went through and the faction change was pending. After days of pending I decided to cancel the transaction and redo it. This time after entering all the exact same credit card info it continues to give me the message: An error has occured on the page.

Any ideas how to fix this error?

Edit: The card is registered online also btw as I said it worked the first time entering the info but now gives that error message.

While prepaid CC's are not officially supported, I would like to see if there is anything that points out to be the cause of the error.

I had to forward your information, Chanah. It appears you should be able to transfer the character.

This brings the balance under the amount needed on the card but this transaction should not still be there as it never went through.

Although the transaction is canceled you will still see a funds held charge. This will effectively deduct the total amount available. As we will not collect the funds during confirmation, the transaction will cancel itself. Keep in mind that this can take any where from 24 hours to several days.

Make sure you have sufficient funds on the card and you should be able to go ahead and try the transfer again.
